Lectures and Seminars

The Margaret Thatcher Lecture Series and the National Speakers Program every year bring speakers of outstanding insight, talent or achievement to the local Branches, where they interact with members in a relaxed, personal atmosphere.

The speakers for these programs include U.S. and British scholars, actors, artists, authors, journalists, diplomats and other noted individuals.

In addition to these programs Branches will often engage local scholars, historians, artists, craftsmen and occasionally, an ESU Branch member to speak to or perform for their members about specific talents and expertise in a variety of fields, such as art history, architecture, current affairs and musical performances.
